Harmony uses a web-based platform to provide effective project Reports to Harmony Staff. This site provides useful information about current projects such as Help Desk, Mystery Visits & Mystery Calls, Enrollment, Attendance,  and IT Asset Audits.

  • Target users: Central Office Chiefs, Superintendents, Assistant Area Superintendents, and Principals.
     

  • What projects are available in the Customer Service Dashboard? Check these parameters
     

  • How to change between projects? The project button is located on  the top-right of the screen (see Graphic)

     

  • How to switch the dashboard between a district or campus?  On the top-right menu bar, inside Hierarchy. District administrators can select the dashboard for all campuses, or for a specific campus from the drill-down menu. Principals can only the campus they are assigned to.

  • Is it possible to print the reports? Yes, all reports can be downloaded as excel or pdf files.
